If I can reach my goals, then so can you. This site will aim to show you how it’s possible to have fun starting and staying on your fitness journey. Not many people enjoy working out, or don’t know what to do in order to get results they want - and I want to change that.

Hey there! My name is Oscar, and I have taught, coached, helped, cleaned, supervised, trained, sold, fixed, and just about everything else you can do at a fitness center. Fitness has been a central point in my life for over a decade, and I have worked a slew of different roles in the fitness industry.

Fitness has become a huge passion of mine and has opened doors to me in a way that nothing else could have. I would go so far as to say that my exercise time is when I am at my happiest, and I want to do everything I can to help other people feel the same way and get as excited about fitness as I am.

At the end of the day, I see fitness for what it really is – not just about looking better, or feeling better, but as general personal improvement and strengthening the connection between the body and the mind. Take care of your body and your mind because the only thing you are guaranteed to have in this world is yourself. I’ve put my 10,000 hours in and this blog is my effort to put the best tips and helpful info to everyone that will listen.
