Not many people enjoy working out, or don\u2019t know what to do in order to get results they want - and I want to change that.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

The Problems We Tackle With Fitness<\/span><\/h1>

Investing in yourself is one of the single best things you can do in your life. Yet, every day, millions of people forego the opportunity to better themselves through fitness and nutrition because of several common roadblocks that are present in many people's lives.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Problem #1 - No Instruction<\/a><\/div>

Problem #2 - It's Not Fun For You<\/a><\/div>
We keep it light here and try to make coming to our site and working out with us a fun experience. Additionally, kettlebells offer a more dynamic, exciting way to workout that will have you moving in different, upbeat ways that both help mimic and strengthen the way your body naturally moves.<\/div><\/div><\/div>
Problem #3 - You Don't Get Results<\/a><\/div>
Not only do kettlebell workouts blast calories and burn fat, but they also help strengthen and tone a ton of different muscle groups that in turn help boost your natural metabolism. The dynamic nature of Kettlebell Exercises and Kettlebell Workouts also help increase mobility in certain joints, and can also help balance and body awareness – these components could improve the quality of life in any individual.<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

It\u2019s the truth that gym memberships can be costly with monthly dues and startup fees, as well as any additional personal training. It\u2019s a good thing that you don\u2019t need any gym membership to get started as you only need one kettlebell<\/a> which typically costs less than a month of your standard gym membership. Kettlebells are very versatile and you can use the same kettlebell for many different exercises and workouts without having to buy another.<\/div><\/div><\/div>
Problem #5 - You Don't Have Time<\/a><\/div>
Most of the workouts on this site should take no longer than 30 minutes, and the grand majority no longer than 20. If you can carve out a good half-hour block to dedicate to your personal health and fitness, you can definitely do kettlebell training.<\/div><\/div><\/div>
Problem #6 - You Feel Silly<\/a><\/div>
If anyone judges you for trying to improve yourself, then that person\u2019s view of you is not even worth considering. That being said, the great thing about kettlebells is that they are very portable and you could do most, if not all, of the exercises in your own home, office, yard, or any private space.
\nAdditionally, I will look pretty silly in some of the videos\/pages anyway just because of who I am, if you feel silly know that we\u2019re in it together.

Hey there! My name is Oscar, and I have taught, coached, helped, cleaned, supervised, trained, sold, fixed, and just about everything else you can do at a fitness center. Fitness has been a central point in my life for over a decade, and I have worked a slew of different roles in the fitness industry. <\/p>\n
